Details:
On March 2, 2009 at about 10:30 pm a female was robbed of a purse and contents in the area of West 10th. Ave., just east of Neil Ave. The suspects were two African American males, both 25-30 years of age.
The primary suspect was described as 6'1"-6'3", dark skin, wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt, black pants and a black skull cap. Suspect number two was 5'11" with a muscular build, black clothing and black skull cap. The suspects verbally threatened the victim. No weapon was seen or implied. The suspects fled eastbound towards High Street after forcibly taking the purse.
