Details:
On 08-19-09 at 3:50 PM, A female staff member reported that she was the victim of a strong arm robbery. It occurred in a parking lot at the OSU Med East Hospital, 1492 E. Broad St. Victim stated an unknown white male forcibly removed her purse from her shoulder and then fled the area.
